Jimbeaux's Joy All in One Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread (crusts removed)
  • 1 medium hot sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 can of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Butter dish
  • Break bread – lay in dish
  • Pre-cook sausage (let drain)
  • Crumble sausage in dish
  • Spread cheese
  • Combine eggs, milk, and mustard – beat well and pour into dish
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Mix mushroom soup and milk well together
  • Pour over mixture created overnight and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees
