Crawfish Fettuccini

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 pounds crawfish, peeled and deveined tails only
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound Velveeta jalapeno cheese
  • 1 package (12 ounces) fettuccini noodles

Method:

  • Saute' onions and bell peppers in margarine
  • Add crawfish
  • Then add soup and cheese
  • Cook on medium heat until cheese is melted
  • In a separate pot, boil noodles until tender
  • After noodles are done, mix with crawfish
  • Ready to eat
  • Freezes well
  • Serves 12 – 14
