Elmer’s Gold Brick Cheesecake

  • 24 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 cup Elmer's Gold Brick Eggs, chopped (Approximately Eight 1 oz. pieces)


  • 4 tbsp. Softened Butter
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

Cooking Method:

  • Beat together cream cheese and sugar
  • Add a dash of vanilla and almond extracts
  • Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl between adding each egg
  • Add chopped Elmer's Gold Brick Eggs
  • Mix ingredients well
  • Pour mixture into spring form pan (See recipe for crust below)
  • Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until firm to touch
  • Let set and cool

Crust Method:

  • Mix butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into spring form pan
