Arnaudville Police are trying to figure out what brought Timothy David Goddard to the area.
The Oklahoma man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with possession of marijuana, speeding, and possession of a stolen driver's license.
Chief Mizzi told TV 10 the man presented a stolen Oklahoma ID when he was pulled over.
Upon further investigation, Arnaudville Police found out he is a convicted felon who served 20 years in prison.
They're still trying to figure out what charges he was convicted of, but during questioning, the man claimed to have blown up a police car.
