St. Mary Parish Arrest Turns Up Cocaine and Stolen Gun

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrested five people after a search by Narcotics Division turned up cocaine and a stolen gun.

On Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at approximately 6:30 am detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 2142 Highway 83 in Ashton, LA. During the search of the residence, detectives located a large amount of cocaine with an estimated street value of $22,000 along with liquid Codeine, Narco pills, synthetic cannabinoids, marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia used in the sale of illegal narcotics.

Detectives also located an assault rifle, another firearm with an obliterated serial number, and over $2,000 in cash (U.S. currency). During the course of the investigation detectives learned that the firearm with the obliterated serial number had been stolen.

Detectives arrested the following people:

Dedrick Wagner, 32, of Ashton, LA

Henry Tillman, Jr., 22, of Four Corners, LA

Earl White III, 29, of Baldwin, LA

John Conners, 49, of Four Corners, LA

Aquilla Jackson, 27, of Jeanerette, LA

Wagner, Tillman, White, and Conner are convicted felons. All five suspects were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.
