Fifth graders at St. Michael School in Crowley went back in time Thursday. They hosted a “Living History Museum” in the school's library.
The class researched, wrote papers and speeches and each student brought a particular historical figure to life.
Each student was in costume with props and other items to help portray history makers ranging from president John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jackie Kennedy to the Apollo astronauts.
The project gave students a chance to see history come to life.
