Dollar General robbery suspects arrested

Three suspects are now in custody in connection with the armed robbery of a Lafayette business.

Eighteen year old Demarcus Bernard, nineteen year old Bryson Dixon and twenty six year old Jordan Willis are accused of holding up the Dollar General store at 3507 Moss Street on August 27 th at gunpoint.

Witnesses say the three men, one of them armed with a handgun, entered the store just before closing time, and demanded money from the store’s safe and cash register before fleeing in a vehicle parked nearby.

All three are facing charges of felony armed robbery.
