Endangered Missing Children found safe

In the very early morning hours on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, Endangered Missing Children, Honor and Hayden Burley, were recovered, safe, by the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office in Claremore, Oklahoma.  Five year old, Honor, and four year old, Hayden, had been missing from Youngsville, Louisiana, since April 4, 2015.

The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office also located and arrested Honor and Hayden’s biological mother, Ocean Jasmine Manning, for an active felony warrant obtained by the Louisiana State Police on April 10, 2015.  Manning was booked into the Rogers County Jail as a Fugitive at 3:20 a.m.  She will await extradition to Louisiana to face charges of Cruelty to Juveniles, Abuse of Children – False Reporting and Criminal Mischief.

The Youngsville Police Department would like to thank the Louisiana State Police, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Tulsa Police Department, the Dallas Police Department, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Texas Rangers the U.S. Marshals Service, HIS and the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office for assisting in the multi-state search for the children.
