Follow Up: Audit reveals food service problems at UL-Lafayette

News 10 follows up Tuesday night on the investigative audit into the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
As we first showed you first, the findings in the audit range from exchanges for football game tickets to overbilling for food services. The audit included five years’ worth of documentation investigating the relationship between food service company Sodexo, former student union Director Anthony Daniel, and the university itself.
According to the audit, from October 2009 through November 20-13, on nine occasions, Sodexo overbilled the university for services totaling more than 5,000 dollars.
The audit reveals Anthony Daniel told Sodexo General Manager, Patrick Pappion, to inflate invoices and add the extra money to an account for quote, future events.
