Lafayette police say Joseph Paul Lilly (55) is facing first degree murder charges in the death of Paul Robertson (64).
Roberston was found dead Friday in the doorway of his home in the 200 block of Kelly Drive from an apparent gunshot wound.
An arrest warrant has been issued for a 55-year-old man in connection to the homicide of a Lafayette man.
According to a Lafayette Police Department news release, Joseph Paul Lilly is facing charges in the first degree murder of 64-year-old Paul Robertson Jr.
Police say Robertson was found dead, Friday afternoon, in the doorway of a home in the 200 block of Kelly Drive. According to the report, he died from an apparent gunshot wound.
Lilly, who is currently bald and known for riding a blue bicycle with long and high handlebars, is believed to be responsible for the shooting death, police say.
