No devices were found at Acadiana High School following a Wednesday morning bomb threat.

Students were able to return to classes around 11 a.m., said Mona Bernard, a spokeswoman for the Lafayette Parish School System. The rest of the school day will proceed as normal.

Students had been evacuated to the nearby football stadium after the threat was received. The nature of the threat was not immediately clear, and it was not immediately known whether the threat was called in or communicated by other means.

Scott Police Department officers completed a sweep of the building before allowing students and staff to return.

No injuries were reported.
