Cause of fire at Frank’s International facility under investigation

A fire broke out late Wednesday night at a Frank’s International facility in Lafayette.

The fire occurred in the parts area of a storage and repair warehouse on the 1700 block of East Milton Avenue in Lafayette at approximately 8:30 pm, according to a news release.

Frank’s International personnel and the Youngsville Fire Department were able to contain the blaze and all employees who work in the building were able to escape without injury.

The company is working with local authorities to determine the cause of the fire.
