MARTINVILLE, La. (KLFY)— Man arrested for allegedly manufacturing counterfeit methamphetamine.
In the morning hours of May 6, 2016, St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s deputies tell KLFY News 10, that they executed a search warrant at a property located in the 1100 block of Papit Guidry Road in St. Martinville.
Authorities recovered while searching a significant amount of what they describe as a crystal substance created to mimic methamphetamine along with Anabolic steroids and marijuana.
Chase Richard, 30, of St. Martinville was arrested on the following charges.
- Possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit CDS classified in schedule II.
- Possession of schedule I CDS (Marijuana).
- Possession of schedule III CDS (Anabolic Steroids).
Richard was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center following this arrest.
