ROANOKE, La. (KLFY)— Deputies recovered four all-terrain vehicle’s which were stolen from locations around Roanoke resulting in three teens from Jennings La. being arrested.
According to the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office, some of the recovered ATVs were not reported stolen until police alerted the registered owners of their recovery.
Aubrey Henderson, 17, was charged with misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, felony theft.
Trevor James Byrd, 17, was charged with obstruction of justice, two counts of illegal possession of stolen things, felony theft, criminal trespass, principal to felony theft, and two counts of principal to felony possession of stolen things.
Aaron Landry, 17, was charged with criminal trespass, felony theft, two counts of illegal possession of stolen things, obstruction of justice, principal to felony theft, and two counts of principal to felony possession of stolen things.
According to a news release, several juvenile suspects were also identified and transported to the Sheriff’s office for questioning. They were later released to their parents but will have to answer to complaints in juvenile court.
