One arrested, accused of burglary in St. Landry Parish

ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY)– One man arrested, accused of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and burglary, authorities said.

According to a news release, Jarret Aggison was wanted in connection with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and one count of burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

Major Thibodeaux said Aggison’s warrants stemmed from a burglary case where he had the juveniles assist him in burgling a home in the Opelousas area.

Deputies with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office said the stolen items were recovered at a local pawn shop and returned to the owner.

Jerret Aggison was arrested in Harris County Texas and transported to the St. Landry Corrections Center. His bond was set at $30,000.
