Oklahoma officer charged in shooting death of unarmed man

TULSA (CBS)– The Tulsa police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black man while responding to a report of a stalled car will be charged with first-degree manslaughter.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Officer Betty Shelby, the Tulsa County district attorney announced Thursday.

Police in Tulsa released dashcam and aerial footage, 911 calls and police radio traffic following Terence Crutcher’s shooting death on Sept. 16.
