LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – A 13-year-old student at L.J. Alleman Middle School is accused of making a threat of violence to an unspecified school in Lafayette.
Karl Ratcliff, a Lafayette Police spokesperson, said the threat was emailed to the Lafayette Parish School Board.
Police were able to locate and identify the juvenile suspect responsible for sending the threatening email after a brief investigation.
The 13-year-old male suspect was arrested at L.J. Alleman Middle Schoo and charged with terrorizing.
