Scott Police searching for man accused of using stolen credit card

SCOTT, La. (KLFY) – Police are looking for a man who is accused of using a stolen credit card to purchase items from convenience stores in Scott and Lafayette.

Scott Police Chief Chad Leger said the suspect used the stolen card on Dulles Drive in Scott around 2:50 p.m. on September 3, 2016.

The store employees were unable to provide a vehicle description or direction of travel after the transaction took place.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call 337-889-5105 or Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 337-232-TIPS. All callers can remain anonymous.
