Missing Arabi child found safe

UPDATE: State Police are reporting that William Flattmann V has been found safe.

The advisory has been cancelled.


ARABI, La. (WWL)– Law enforcement has issued a Level II missing/endangered child advisory for a toddler from St. Bernard Parish.

Authorities said two-year-old William Flattmann V, is believed to be with his step-grandfather, Gary Wilson. He was reported missing Thursday from Arabi.

William Flattman V is described as about three-feet tall, 30 pounds with dirty blond hair and brown eyes.

Wilson, 36, is described as 5’7” tall and about 180 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs, neck and torso.

Officials said Wilson is traveling with the toddler in a red 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier.

Anyone with information on either of these two individuals is asked to call 911 immediately or the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office. (504) 271-2501.
