EUNICE, La. (KLFY) – Two Eunice men are in jail after being accused of raping a woman on October 19, 2016, according to the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The victim told the sheriff’s office she was using drugs and partying with the suspects before they raped her.
Major Eddie Thibodeaux said the two suspects, Bradly Mynarzy, 27, and Dale Janice, 57, tried “to get the female victim to perform sexual acts and she refused.”
Janice is accused of striking the victim in the stomach and taking her shirt off. “The two then proceeded to rape the female,” according to Thibodeaux.
The public information officer said reports indicate that the woman was screaming and telling the suspects “no.”
The victim told investigators that when the rape over, “Janice took her to the bathroom and made her take a shower,” Thibodeaux said.
Mynarzy and Janice were arrested on the charge of second-degree rape and booked into the St. Landry Parish Correction Center.
