Two men wanted for last week’s shooting on Bellot Street

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Lafayette Police are looking for two men in a shooting that happened last Thursday morning in the 600 block of Bellot Street.

Public Information Officer Karl Ratcliff said no one was injured in the shooting.

Witnesses identified Christopher Bartie, 28, and Patrick Henry, 19, as the two men who fired shots in the area, according to police.

Bartie and Henry are wanted on charges of illegal discharge of a weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Anyone with Information as to the whereabouts either man is urged to contact the Lafayette Police Department or Lafayette Crimestoppers at 232-TIPS.
