ROANOKE, La. (KLFY)— A Welsh woman has been charged with simple burglary, after allegedly stealing a video game console and selling it, authorities said.
According to a news release, Jefferson Davis Parish Deputies took a report of a theft from a residence in Roanoke, La.
Detectives said they identified a person who sold a PlayStation game which was taken during the theft as Amber Katherine Patrick, 28, of Welsh.
A news release stated that Patrick was arrested on a warrant, she confessed to taking a game council and selling it.
Patrick was charged with simple burglary, criminal damage to property and obstruction of justice. She was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
