Lafayette’s new chief of police to swear in Nov. 18

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)— Lafayette’s new police chief to be sworn in on Nov. 18.

There will be a ceremonial swearing-in event for Lafayette’s new Chief of Police, Toby Aguillard.

The ceremony will be held on Friday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. at Lafayette City Hall.

Lafayette’s Mayor-President Joel Robideaux announced the appointment of Chief Aguillard, a veteran law enforcement officer earlier in the month.
